Desiccated Coconut
Fine, medium & high-fat coconut grades
CBIL brokers desiccated coconut in the cuts bakery and confectionery lines specify — fine, medium, coarse, chips and thread — in high-fat (≥ 60%) and low-fat grades, from Indian, Sri Lankan, Philippine and Indonesian mills. Product is prepared from mature white kernel, steam-treated, metal-detected and sieve-graded, with SGS certification of moisture, fat content, free fatty acid, SO₂ and microbiological load including Salmonella-negative status. Desiccated coconut goes into biscuits, cakes and macaroons, chocolate and confectionery coatings, curry and sauce bases, snack mixes and retail packing. Supply is arranged in 25kg multi-wall paper bags and cartons, container-load, on FOB, CFR and CIF terms.
